Our Production time for each order is 3-5 business days from once the order is confirmed. For any special requests or urgencies please contact our team.

Orders are shipped once they have been finalised within the 3-5 business days. We offer standard and express shipping. We also offer a pick up for Melbourne based customers , although please contact our team to enquire more about this option.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with hygiene sticker on.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will not accept returns on items which have been warn, washed or without hygiene stickers.

All of our pieces are made with our locally sourced Nylon spandex fabric. We recommend to cold wash your pieces on a low spin cycle or hand-wash with cold water. Refrain from washing white pieces with other colours (red & pink etc.)

We also recommend for our Resort wear pieces to use a press cloth if ironing or preferably lightly steam.
